GAUKHAR TOREMURATKYZY ALDAMBERGENOVA

Aldambergenova Gaukhar Toremuratkyzy was born on August 20, 1971 in Zhalagash district of Kyzylorda region.
In 1995 she graduated Kazakh Women’s Teacher Training Institute;
In 1998 she graduated the post-graduate course of Almaty State University named after Abay.
In 1998 she defended her candidate thesis “Ways of mastering the professional Kazakh language through texts” at Almaty State University named after Abay and got scientific degree of candidate of pedagogical sciences; in 2009 defended her doctoral dissertation on “The fundamentals of moral and ethical education of girls in Kazakh folk pedagogy” and got degree of doctor of pedagogical sciences and in 2011 she was awarded the title of professor of pedagogical sciences.
G. Aldambergenova is the author of more than 100 scientific articles, 2 monographs, 2 textbooks, 10 teaching aids, including teaching aids: “Thinkers’ view about ethics”, “The meaning of morality and its functions”, “Scientific thinkers’ ideas about “ethics -morality ”, “Moral and ethical culture of Kazakh women”, “Means and methods of moral-ethics education of girls in Kazakh folk pedagogy”. She is the author of “The concept of using the best traditions of Kazakh people in moral-ethics education of girls in the modern educational system” and the course “Moral and ethical traditions of Kazakh people in the education of girls.” She is the author of the work “The concept of using the best traditions of Kazakh people in moral-ethics education of girls in the modern educational system” published in 2010. In 2010 she published monograph “Basis of Moral and Ethical Education”, in 2014 published monograph “Moral and Ethical Education of Girls in Kazakh Folk Pedagogy”.
In 2014 she published a textbook “Kazakh language in art” on test tasks necessary for mastering the Kazakh language, published glossary, Kazakh-Russian dictionary, special terminology and exercises.
In addition, all tasks in the textbook are based on the study of subjects such as cinematography, ballet, jewelry, music, theater and architecture. She is the author of educational and methodical complexes for the disciplines “Higher pedagogy” for doctoral students and “Pedagogy” for graduates. Also, she is one of the authors of the electronic textbook “Wonderful Alphabet” for preschool education. This textbook teaches English language on the basis of sound of Kazakh language, it compliments didactic and illustrative materials which enable to learn foreign language.
During scientific-research work Gaukhar Toremuratovna has participated seminar-training courses and professional development courses in Russia, Germany, Great Britain, Czech Republic, Italy and Turkey. She participated over ten international conferences such as “Development of the intra-university quality assurance system of education”, “Self-organization and personal effectiveness of the manager”, “Space in geography from the side of art”, “Regulations in Bologna process and its advantages”, “Innovative Internet for Science and Education”, “Art Innovative Technologies”, “Psychology and Management”, “Modern Challenges and Potentials of Cultural Policy: Based on the Experience of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, “Education System in the European Union Prospects for Cooperation and Development”, “Research Universities: The Kazakhstan Path”, “Using Virtual Training “Motivator” and “System of Independent Quality Assessment, Technical and Vocational Education”.
Gaukhar Aldambergenova’s overall work experience is 29 years. More than 20 years she held leading positions in educational institutions.
She began her career in 1988 as a senior pioneer in the secondary school of Zhalagash district of Kyzylorda region.
From 1988 to 2001 she worked as a teacher of Kazakh language in secondary schools of Kyzylorda, then in Almaty region and Almaty;
From 2001 to 2016 she worked as a senior lecturer of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Sciences of Kazakh National Academy of Arts named after T. Zhurgenov, she was the head of the Department of Social and Human Sciences, associate professor, professor of the department of history of Kazakhstan and social sciences, the Vice-Rector for educational and methodical work;
In 2014 she was the acting Rector of Kazakh National Academy of Arts named after T. Zhurgenov;
2016 – 2017 she was the First Vice-Rector of Kazakh National Choreographic Academy;
Since September 2017 she is the Rector of Kazakh State Women’s Teacher Training University.
Gaukhar Aldambergenova was awarded the title of “Best University Teacher”, “Honorary Worker of Education”, Medal “Kurmet”, “20 Years of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan” for merits in the development of national education and science.
