      In order to improve the quality and cooperation of pedagogical education at the University, heads of preschool and general secondary education institutions of Almaty had a meeting in Kazakh national women’s teacher training university.

      The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education aimed at improving the quality of education in the country. In that case, on 18th of January the university held a meeting with the heads of pre-school and general secondary education institutions in Almaty.

       When implementing this policy, the issue of taking into account the opinion of employers to improve the quality of teacher training in educational programs offered by our university is always relevant.

                                                                                     

      The following topics were touched upon at the meeting in an interactive format:

      •  Discussion of professional competencies of university graduates;
      •  Hearing of employers' proposals for the training and retraining of qualified teaching staff;
      • To consider the issues of further development of a practice-oriented approach to teaching in pedagogical universities;
      • -Creation of professional communities among pedagogical universities and schools.

                                                                                    

      Heads and representatives of more than 30 public and private preschool and general education institutions attended the meeting, consisting of two parts. During the meeting, the Chairman of the Managing Board - Rector - Gulmira Qanai noted that, the reforms taking place in the country directly related to the field of education, and noted the high responsibility of teachers, including specialists of educational institutions training teaching staff. It was about high-quality compilation of educational programs, modern methods of training specialists.During the meeting with specialists, problems in educational programs were voiced. Plans to sign memoranda on expanding cooperation between schools and kindergartens were also discussed. Cooperation will allow young specialists who has graduated from the university according to educational programs of pedagogical education to fully realize the acquired knowledge, contributing to successful work in an employer institution.
