ALMATY. July 6. Press center – Chairman of the Board – Rector of the Kazakh National Teacher Training University Gulmira Qanay congratulated the staff and students of the institution on the Capital Day.

Dear students of the University!
I congratulate you with all my heart on the Day of Elorda!
The capital of the country, the city of Nur-Sultan is the main symbol, the symbol of Kazakhstan's success over the years of independence.
The city of new appearance, built by the unique and historical decision of Elbasy Nursultan Nazarbayev, today has become one of the largest political, economic, educational, scientific and cultural centres in the world.
In these years the capital has gathered talented and gifted young people from all regions of the country, who today work tirelessly in all spheres of development of the state.
The construction of a new capital is the realization of the dreams of our ancestors, an inventory of the interests of today's generations.
The construction of a new capital is a strategic decision, a state philosophy.
The prosperity of the main city is the merit of the first President and all our compatriots. Over the years, all regions of Kazakhstan have left their marks on the development of the capital.
The heart of the country is the capital. Here the decisions that open the way to the perfection and bright future of our stateare made.
The majestic city has become the main barometer of development of sovereign Kazakhstan.
Architectural constructions and the modern look of the capital city captivated the world community. Holding meetings of global significance in the capital contributed to its transformation into a major political and economic centre in the heart of Eurasia.
