Safety and Labor protection

      Our University pays special attention to safety measures, fire safety, seismic safety and life safety measures, as well as to the requirements of sanitary and epidemiological rules and regulations.

      The University has a security service Department, where the staff consists of: an engineer for Safety and Labor Protection (B and O) and an engineer for Civil Defense and Emergency Situations (GO and emergency situations).   

      The University has a strict admission regime, all teachers, employees and students have electronic pass cards (ACS), which indicate: Full Name, position and photo, this system allows you to record the time of arrival and departure of the card holder. All academic buildings are provided with round-the-clock security by employees of the security organization. In the dormitories,there are also watchmen on duty around the clock, who control the access mode on the ground. it is forbidden to enter and leave the Dorm after 22.00 hours. Video cameras are installed in all academic buildings, classrooms, passageways and corridors of dormitories. The entrance of vehicles to the University is restricted.

      All premises of the University and dormitories are provided with fire safety measures, i.e., fire alarms are equipped, fire cranes and extinguishers are installed, there are sound alarms and evacuation exits. All employees were instructed on B and OT, GO and emergency situations.

      The University has a medical center, where medical staff conduct daily visits and monitor the situation ( including in connection with quarantine) on the territory and in the premises of the University. The University has a swimming pool where swimming coaches and nurses work. According to the planned schedule, disinfection measures are carried out in all rooms. The University has a Laundry service.

      Every year, projects are implemented to ensure the safety of students and employees of the University. Fire-fighting and seismic training sessions are conducted with the involvement of the maximum number of employees and students, with demonstration of the use of primary firefighting equipment and first aid. Instructions for B and O, GO and emergency situations have been developed, which describe in detail the necessary actions in case of fire, carbon monoxide poisoning, actions in case of an earthquake, as well as instructions for first aid.

      In order to prevent emergencies, preventive measures are carried out, including the promotion of knowledge and training of students and employees in measures of safe life. At the same time, a culture of safety should be formed throughout the life of a person. The family, educational institutions, local self-government bodies, state authorities at all levels, as well as public organizations should actively participate in this process.
