Topic: Reflection of the Alash movement in national literature and the personality of the intelligentsia

Project summary

Everyone knows that a work of art is a document of an epoch. Neither the Alash movement in Kazakh history, nor the activities of the national intelligentsia, which actively participated in solving the problems of the country, were reflected in the literature of the early twentieth century. True, the work of Alashorda poets and writers was studied from different angles, and is still being studied. However, to date, there have been no studies in Kazakh literary criticism that specifically affected the reflection of the Alash movement in national literature.

Taking into account such urgent problems in literary studies, in this project we intend to touch upon two big problems and work in this direction. The first is to prove that the Alash movement, which occupies a large place in Kazakh history, was reflected in the works of art of the early twentieth century, the second is the propaganda in domestic and foreign publications of the personality of Alash figures who gave their lives for the fate of the nation.

In the systematic differentiation of the literary heritage of the Alash movement and the role of spiritual values in the education of young people in the works characterizing the fate of the national intelligentsia in modern Kazakh literature, we rely on theoretical provisions and research methods of modern literary criticism. In addition, in a detailed study of the heritage of Alash figures, it is supposed to consider museum and archival materials that are located in the city where they lived, received education and carried out activities. The planned tasks and implementation activities are of great importance not only in the literary, historical and cultural sphere of Kazakh society, but also in the education system.

As for the expected results of the project, it is planned to publish articles in foreign peer-reviewed scientific journals, including a peer-reviewed scientific publication based on Scopus with a CiteScore percentile of 35 and a domestic scientific publication recommended by the CQAEA. Within the framework of the project, a scientific monograph is planned to be published in the domestic printing house. An electronic textbook will be developed, in which the heritage of the Alash intelligentsia will be presented, which both school teachers and students of pedagogical universities will be able to use.

Purpose of the project: In determining the manifestation of the Alash movement in literature of the beginning of the XX century, it is necessary to reveal the heritage of Alash figures, to reveal key points, to systematically study the artistic image of the National intelligentsia in modern literature in comparison with its historical figure.

Project objectives: Kazakh literary studies are faced with the task of defining the manifestation of the Alash movement in literature of the early twentieth century and developing methodological principles for representing the personality of intellectuals in all aspects. This makes it possible to widely use the latest research methods in the comparative analysis of literary works with history. In accordance with the project objectives, the following list of tasks is set:

– Systematic selection of works from literature of the beginning of the XX century, their division into stages and collection of materials describing the manifestation of the Alash movement;

– Scientifically determine the basis of the works of Alash poets and writers for the formation of the idea of liberation at the beginning of the XX century;

To reveal the place of the Alash movement in the history of the nation on the basis of poems and articles published in the National Press “Аykap”, “Kazakh”, “Alash”, etc.;

Analysis of ideas about the fate of the nation in the works of A. Baitursynuly, M.Dulatov, S. Toraigyrov, M. Zhumabayev, etc.;

The Alash motto, which determined the place of the Alash movement in the history of the nation study of the historical personality of the National intelligentsia in the differentiation of the main ideals of literature;

Comparing the idea of liberation in national literature with the literature of another nation, assessment of the importance and compatibility and its popularization in foreign scientific publications;

Systematic analysis of the place of spiritual values in the education of young people in works that describe the fate of the National intelligentsia in modern Kazakh literature.

Topic: Search for a new crystal chemistry of carbon-containing compounds: a first-principle study of triple systems X-C-O (X=Be, Mg, Ca)

Project summary

To date, all the research carried out on the theoretical development and synthesis of new stable modifications of XO-CO2 compounds in the low-temperature range is limited to only a few studies. In this project, we plan to carry out a systematic theoretical search in triangles of compositions X–C–O (X = Be, Mg, Ca) in a wide pressure range from 0 to 50 GPa. In addition to the above–mentioned oxidized forms, carbides also fall into this triangle of compositions - materials that have the potential to be used as abrasives, in particular for the manufacture of core drills used in the operation of oil fields of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Due to the availability and low price of the initial reagents (carbonates and oxides of Ca, Mg), the open oxidized forms in the triangle of compositions can be used in the construction and agricultural industries. The calculations carried out will serve as a basis for the purposeful synthesis of new compounds, the study of their properties and prospects for use in the national economy.

Purpose of the project:

The main purpose of the project is to search and design stable compounds and crystal structures in the Be-C-O, Mg-C-O and Ca-C-O systems in the pressure range of 0-50 GPa and to evaluate their physical properties.

Project objectives:

Perform a systematic search for stable compounds in the Be-C-O, Mg-C-O and Ca-C-O systems in the pressure range of 0-50 GPa;

To carry out a detailed structural analysis of the predicted compounds, in particular, to search for structural analogues;

To evaluate the dynamic stability of the predicted structures using calculations of phonon spectra;

Determine the pressure and temperature intervals in which the detected phases are stable and evaluate the optimal conditions for their synthesis;

Calculate the electronic and elastic properties of the predicted compounds.

Expected Result:

Nanoclusters with pseudobinar cross sections of modified Be-C-O, Mg-C-O and Ca-C-O compounds in the low pressure range;

Estimation using evolutionary algorithms of the potential function with a comparison of the area of structural changes (areas of high energies, stresses and local deformations) as key factors in the origin of various modifications of the Be-C-O, Mg-C-O and Ca-C-O systems;

Topic: Development of an educational portal for teaching 3D modeling to future computer science teachers based on augmented and virtual reality (AR/VR)

Abstract:

The high rates of globalization and digitalization of the economy, the development of Industry 4.0 has contributed to the development and widespread use of cross-cutting digital technologies in all spheres of human activity, including the education system. 3D modeling, which not only aimed at creating the educational environments, but also technological learning processes, is considered as the basis of digitalization of education. Studying various aspects of 3D modeling significantly expands students' understanding of latest digital technologies, modern science and technology; also, it provides a positive experience of digital technology application in disciplines studied. While realization of integrability of digital technologies requires deep interdisciplinary connections, consequently, development of interdisciplinary connections allows to create information base in the form of meaningful tasks, and where acquisition of skills of creative activity is created.

However, statistical analysis of pre-project studies in the field of application of cross-cutting digital technologies in education shows a small number of developments in this direction in our country, specifically adapted to the Kazakh educational system and educational content. It can be assumed that these technologies are insufficiently researched and less implemented in the educational institutions due to several reasons: AR production itself is a complex task and difficult for teachers and researchers to create AR products, since there are a few ready-made tools for designing 3D models, there are no ready-made solutions for pre-modeling of AR-objects, etc.

Despite the effectiveness and necessity of using AR technologies in education, insufficient competence of teachers in modeling 3D objects to implement AR technologies, lack of ready-made solutions for 3D modeling and use of AR technologies in Kazakhstan education cause an objective prerequisite for research in this area.

Creating an educational portal on the development of 3D modeling skills in teachers of computer science on the basis of the use of cross-cutting digital technologies, in particular AR/VR would be our solution given to the over mentioned issue. The educational portal will be a freely available resource for learning 3D modeling and AR/VR applications for all people needed, especially teachers.

Purpose of the project: The purpose of this study is to develop an educational portal for teaching 3D modeling to future computer science teachers based on AR/VR.

Project objectives: To achieve the goal, the following project objectives are set:

Theoretical justification of modernization of teaching 3D modeling of future teachers of computer science on the basis of a critical analysis of existing methods and tools for teaching 3D modeling based on AR/VR;

To determine the peculiarities of 3D modeling teaching environment, advantages and disadvantages in the training computer science future teachers;

To develop a science-based methodology for teaching 3D modeling based on AR/VR;

To determine the structure and content of the educational portal of teaching 3D modeling based on AR/VR;

Development of the architecture and design of the educational portal for teaching 3D modeling based on AR/VR;

Development of an educational portal for teaching 3D modeling to future computer science teachers on the basis of AR/VR;

Development of methodological recommendations for teaching and learning using the educational portal.

Expected Result:

Publication of at least 2 (two) articles in a scientific publication indexed in the Arts and Humanities Citation Index or Social Sciences Citation Index of the Web of Science database or having a CiteScore percentile in the Scopus database of at least 35;

Development of an educational portal for teaching 3D modeling to future computer science teachers based on AR/VR;

Obtaining a copyright certificate of the educational portal;

According to the project plan, after the development of the educational portal, methodological recommendations for teaching and teaching 3D modeling using the educational portal will be developed;

Topic: Synthesis, structure and biological properties of new effective domestic preparations as plant growth and development regulators.

Аnnotation: In order to become a leader in the world food market and increase agricultural production, Kazakhstan needs to: increase the area under crops; ensure a significant increase in productivity, primarily through the introduction of new technologies; use its great potential to create a fodder base for livestock. To solve the tasks set, in developed countries, plant growth regulators (PGR) are actively introduced into agricultural practice, which allow increasing the yield and quality of agricultural products. The use of PPP throughout the world belongs to the category of progressive technologies in the agro-industrial complex. Within the framework of this project, it is planned to synthesize new molecular structures of dithiocarbamates and amidophosphates of alicyclic, aromatic series and their chemical modification in order to create drugs as growth-regulating substances for grain crops, to study structural features and reactivity in a number of studied compounds using modern methods of spectral analysis, to study their biological activity, obtaining recommendations for their use in agricultural practice. When conducting research work on the project, classical methods of organic chemistry and standard biological procedures will be used to assess the impact of new biological products on the growth and development of crops. The target consumers of the obtained results are research institutes, farmers, agricultural holdings, and peasant farms.

Purpose of the project: Further development of the theory and practice of fine organic synthesis in the field of establishing the structure, reactivity and structural features of new synthetic amidophosphates and dithiocarbonate derivatives, the study of their biological properties as potential regulators of plant growth and development.

Project objectives: The objectives of the project are development of a synthesis of a new generation of biopreparations with growth-stimulating action, determination of the structure and properties of synthesized biological products based on physicochemical data, testing of synthesized biological products for biological activity in laboratory and field conditions.

Expected Result: Study of optimal conditions for methods of synthesis of new dithiocarbamates based on phenylacetylene, as well as amidophosphates and diamidophosphates of alicyclic and aromatic series; determination of the structure and biological activity of new synthesized drugs based on the data obtained.

Topic: Training of competitive music teachers in the context of modernization and renewal of the system of music and pedagogical education

Аnnotation: The task of modernizing Kazakhstan's education, set for the scientific and pedagogical community by the State Program for the Development of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2020-2025, has acquired special significance and relevance today. As noted in the program, updating and developing new standards of professional education and educational programs should be aimed at ensuring the real high status of the teaching profession. Topic: «Development of educational mobile applications for inclusive education of children with hearing impairment»

Аnnotation: In institutions of inclusive education, there are many difficulties in teaching children with hearing impairment. To deal with these issues, teachers try to conduct their classes more effectively by using various techniques and technologies. Group classes with children with hearing impairments are aimed at developing the child's communicative abilities and enriching their vocabulary. Sometimes the child may not fully comprehend the assigned task, as a result of which the pace of the task and its efficiency are significantly reduced. Consequently, for hearing impaired students, mastering large volumes of texts in textbooks is a significant difficulty, since the vocabulary of those students does not correspond to the vocabulary of their hearing classmates. To avoid this discrepancy, digital technologies are now increasingly being used in inclusive education, especially in teaching children with hearing and speech impairments. Children learn digital technologies relatively faster than adults. Therefore, the use of digital technologies during the lessons and educational work has a significant impact on their development. As experience shows, if multimedia presentations are used in the lesson, children's interest in classes and the level of cognitive abilities increase significantly. Therefore, in inclusive education for children with hearing loss, educational mobile applications, supplemented with various animated and illustrated images, are of great benefit.

Purpose of the project: The aim of the project is to develop educational mobile applications that enhance the cognitive abilities and interests of children with hearing impairments during inclusive education and can be used as a means of communication in an inclusive environment.

Project objectives:

to analyze and study the works of foreign and domestic scientists in the field of inclusive education, including those with hearing impairment;

to identify the possibilities of digital technologies used in improving the cognitive development of children with hearing impairments, especially those with complete hearing loss;

to learn more about the methods for children with hearing impairments and develop algorithm and model for creating mobile applications for an inclusive educational environment;to develop mobile applications for children with hearing impairments so that they can properly assimilate the information provided during classes and increase their interests, as well as use it as a means of communicating with an inclusive environment.

Expected Result: To develop a mobile application for inclusive education of children with hearing impairments, research will be conducted to identify existing computer programs, applications aimed at providing special knowledge and their accessibility.

Topic: Theory and practice of monitoring the compliance with the literary language norm of programs (2017-2024) on the TV channel "Balapan"

Аnnotation: When science and technology, industry, market relations, and economic relations with foreign countries are gaining momentum, linguists should ensure that the language does not deviate from the norm. When changes in society bring changes not only to the spoken language of the people, but also to the literary language, it is necessary to preserve the norms of the literary language and adhere to the principle of originality of the language. The young generation, the growing generation, inherits the language. It is known that the internet and television have replaced the works of fiction that develop their language. Most Kazakh children watch the "Balapan" channel on TV. Therefore, it is an urgent issue to study the language of "Balapan" channel programs, to normalize the morphonological, lexical-semantic, and discourse-level disorders that violate the language norm, and to undertake its normalization.

Purpose of the project: The "Balapan" channel for Kazakh-speaking children, which regularly broadcasts information to all parts of Kazakhstan, was taken as a research object, and as a result of determining the compliance of the language of the programs with the literary norm, as a result of identifying deviations from the norm, creating a guide for observing the literary language norm adapted to the children's language, morphonological, lexical-semantic, discourse level it is intended to monitor and normalize the structures that violate the language norm.

Project objectives:

Grouping, sorting, systematization of "Balapan" TV channel program texts.

Differentiation of the morphonological level of adaptation of program texts on the Balapan TV channel to the literary language norm;

Differentiation of the lexical-semantic level of adaptation of program texts on the Balapan TV channel to the literary language norm;

Determining the content-meaning connections between the intra-discourse speech acts in the prepared scripts and matching them with the literary-linguistic norm.

Implementation of the results of testing in practice.

Expected Result: The compliance of the language of the programs on the "Balapan" channel with the literary norm is determined, deviations from the norm are determined, and as a result, a guide for observing the literary language norm adapted to children's language is created. Research and experimental works are carried out to normalize the morphonological, lexical-semantic, discourse-level disorders that violate the language norm.

Тема: The scientific concept of gender education in the universities of Kazakhstan: theoretical and methodological foundations.

Аnnotation: The idea of the project is based on creating a scientific concept and studying the interdisciplinary aspect of the content of gender education in modern Kazakhstan. Determining the expression of language and cultural-historical phenomena in the content of gender education, identifying the political, historical, social, economic aspect of gender education is connected with the need to develop the theoretical and methodological foundations of social humanitarian education. Implementation of the project allows to improve the scientific theory of education in interdisciplinary communication, thereby creating a new model of gender consciousness and gender relations in society, and the emergence of a new paradigm of gender relations. During the implementation of the project, another new direction in the field of humanitarian education in Kazakhstan will be scientifically founded.

Purpose of the project:

To study the content of gender subjects/courses in the higher educational institutions of Kazakhstan in an interdisciplinary aspect, to differentiate and systematize the interrelationship of directions in the humanitarian field. To develop a scientific concept of gender education in Kazakhstan, prepare a teaching concept, present an educational module (language, history, literature, sociology, economics directions) by comparing the theoretical approaches of gender education in the world.

Project objectives:

In order to formulate the basis of new humanitarian education, to differentiate the content of state programs aimed at gender education in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and to determine the main principles of gender education;

Conduct a scientific examination of the content of interdisciplinary relations in educational documents in Kazakhstan to study the interdependence of subjects in education;

Conduct chronological studies on the teaching methods of subjects in educational centers in order to show the history of the emergence of gender education in Kazakhstan;

Conduct a scientific methodical examination and SWOT analysis of the educational programs and syllabuses to determine the disciplinary connections in the content of gender education;

Abstract: As the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Leader of the Nation Nursultan Nazarbayev said: “The Turkic world is that golden bridge that connects our modern time with the ancient Turkic culture. The Turkic peoples in the Eurasian space have made a great contribution to the development of world civilization. The role of the Turkic peoples, who gave birth to Mahmud Kashkari, Yusuf Balasagun, al-Farabi, Ibn Sina, al-Khorezmi, Akhmet Yassaui, Ulugbek, Alisher Navoi and other world famous personalities, also requires a detailed study. We have common roots, a common language, and this should be aimed at improving relations between our countries. We must use this legacy for creative purposes. Thus, we can call on all humanity to follow the path of peace, harmony and mutual respect ”, our goal is to revive the work on the study of the Turkic world.

In the history of mankind, as a traditional worldview, consisting of a complex set of religious-philosophical and historical-practical knowledge of all peoples, is based on the concept of "divine holiness", and the basic postulates of the traditional Turkic worldview are based on the knowledge of divine religion. According to this system of thinking, God is the "master" and "patron" of man and the environment. It is known that the ancient Turks formed the knowledge of divinity through the worship of Heaven, Earth, Water and, most importantly, God.

In the worldview of the ancient Turks, the world is filled with concepts based on well-defined concepts and based on a two-way approach in the context of the classical category. The following binary parallels were identified in ancient Türkic cultural artifacts: in particular, up-down, east-west, north-south, forward-backward, far-close, light-dark, day and night, ancestor and generation, friend or foe, big - small, life and death, many and few, rich and poor, man and woman, God (Heaven) and Mother Umai (Earth-Water), man and society. Contradictory positions, such as up and down, east and west, north and south, near and far, one's own and another's, big and small, people and society, were characteristic of many peoples of the East and West. In terms of content, the principles of this category unite one model or one image of the ancient Turkic world around the world through conceptual systems of worldview, space, time, volume, spiritual ethics, society and ethnoculture.

To get a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of today's culture and worldview of modern Turkic peoples, it is necessary to look for its origins in the traces of archetypal consciousness, from ancient Turkic mythology to the traditional culture of the early Turks and ancient Kazakhs. Today, domestic researchers prove and generalize that the spiritual roots and origins of the worldview and traditional culture of the Kazakh people lie in the ancient Saka, Hunnic and medieval Turkic culture. Especially in the Middle Ages, the period when all the Turkic peoples were united into one superethnos takes a special place. The first president of the country Elbasy Nursultan Nazarbayev at the turn of the century, on the eve of the 1450th anniversary of the Turkic Khanate, wrote in his book On the Wave of History: “We all have a rich heritage to be proud of. Because our ancestors left an indelible mark on the history of mankind ”[p. 1.94].

Aimof the project: The purpose of the project is to determine the system of concepts in the worldview of the ancient Turkic people, to bring these concepts in line with the concept of Abai “the science of a perfect man” and to substantiate the Kazakh worldview within the framework of the presidential program “Modernization of public consciousness”. Achieve the results of the study, which explains the mechanisms for implementing the concept of "forming a new high-quality person" in the Address of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan.

Annotation: Language education, having passed through progress in development, has now moved to the internal mental nature of a person and the mechanisms of thinking. In Kazakh linguistics, language studies have risen to the cognitive level, finding ways to master them through national specifics, mental character, and national values. The introductory part. Due to the state of the global pandemic, due to the fact that the online learning format is beginning to develop at a special pace, there is a need to transform into an online system, changing the methods of language teaching. In accordance with the state program for the implementation of language policy in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2020-2025, a commitment was introduced to improve the functioning of the language in the media, social network, and international communication. The development of information media, including digital resources, shows that the Kazakh language can reach the international level, bring fame to the state with the help of a national brand, and contribute to the country's economy. In turn, the study of the Kazakh language will expand not only in Kazakhstan, but also abroad.

Project goal:

In connection with the changes in the global system of online learning, in order to transform language teaching, to justify, develop, test the effectiveness in practice, conduct testing, implement in educational practice and distribute through digital resources around the world a comprehensive system of "teaching the Kazakh language based on the national brand through digital resources".

Objectives of the project:

analysis of advanced domestic and foreign technologies in the experience of language learning through Internet resources;

writing story scenarios for video lessons, preparing content for online classes and video lessons;

uploading prepared products to Internet resources;

commercialization of the received products;

statistical analysis of the work carried out in accordance with the project;

to transform the traditional methodology of teaching the Kazakh language, implement the results obtained in the educational process, protect copyright.

Expected results:

articles in international journals based on Scopus;

article in a scientific journal with the RSCI impact factor;

articles for publications from the list of recommended CCSON;

It will be published a study guide "Learning while traveling" by the center of linguistic and cultural studies “КИЕ” of the Institute of state language development in Almaty;

It is provided to obtain a copyright certificate and an international patent of Kazakhstan for the electronic educational textbook "National brand";

Business trips and trips to Russia and Turkey will be carried out in order to exchange experience and participate in national and international conferences;

We will compile an app to the compilation National brand educational Museum Google;

An app for Google Play Market will be created - a virtual "travel textbook" called "National brand in the world", based on the Cyrillic and Latin alphabet of the Kazakh language with subtitles in Russian and English;

We will create 48 video lessons (in English, Kazakh, and Russian) per year and 144 advertising and marketing videos over three years. They will be advertised using bloggers and targets that have more than 1 million readers in social networks, and a statistically high-quality result will be displayed;

It will be recorded 30 - minute lessons for the textbook - 450-minute video lessons (in Kazakh);

An online seminar "Training under a national brand – a new model" will be held for graduates of this University;

Methodological and methodical conclusions obtained as a result of the project will transform the teaching of the Kazakh language and will be included in the educational process.

The project will offer and defend the topic of the master's thesis.

The Women's University cafe will sell and commercialize food and craft products prepared for video shooting.

The intensive course on the topic "Statistics in scientific research" included the study of the patterns of data obtained in practice in the process of writing an article, their analysis and obtaining correct conclusions as a result. During the course, only the basic concepts that will be important in the study were considered, and their practical application was explained by examples. In addition, the study explained special methods for preventing data deficits. As a result of the course, participants learned how to conveniently use the metrics necessary for the accuracy of the model when preparing their research in the form of articles for international journals included in the Scopus database.
