Bakytzhamal Telmanovna - on well-deserved vacation

  Today, a group of Board members headed by the Chairman of the Managing Board – Rector of the Kazakh national women's teacher training university Gulmira Qanay congratulated the Director of the Scientific Library Bagasharova Bakhytzhamal Telmanovna, who headed the library of the university for many years, to a well-deserved rest.

  Bakhytzhamal Bagasharova graduated from our Kazakh national women's teacher training university with a degree in Library Science-Bibliography, becoming an example for young people with her professional competence, organizational skills and thanks to her work at our university as a librarian, bibliographer, senior lecturer and library director. Bakhytzhamal Telmanovna held a managerial position not only at our university, but also in libraries of other educational institutions. In addition, she headed the Department of Library Science and made a great contribution to the education of students.

                                                                                    

  The Chairman of the Managing Board – Rector Gulmira Qanay presented to Bakhytzhamal Telmanovna Certificate of Honor from the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as a congratulatory and  «Letter of honor». During her speech she noted, that "Dear Bakhytzhamal Telmanovna! You are an expert in library science, studying the field of knowledge of the book, and the book is one of the greatest riches created by the hands of humankind. Since you received the specialty "Librarian and Bibliographer" at our university, you have devoted your career only to library science. We know that this is a sign of your dedication and love for your profession. Your life experience is an example for youth from a simple librarian to a senior librarian, bibliographer, senior teacher, and then to the library director itself. Having worked for many years in the scientific library of our university, you have invested all of yourself in improving the quality of the library. We respect you as a qualified manager with extensive experience and professionalism and able to responsibly perform their duties. On behalf of the Kazakh national women's teacher training university, we sincerely congratulate you today on your well-deserved vacation! There is still a long way to go and tell your advice to future generations. I wish you and your family good health, long life, happiness and prosperity!" then thanked and handed a congratulatory letter.

  Over the years of service, Bakhytzhamal Telmanovna has directed all her efforts to improve the quality of the library. The team is proud of her as a qualified manager with extensive experience and professionalism, able to carry out his activities responsibly. We sincerely congratu late you on taking a well-deserved vacation, expressing our gratitude for the work done in the library field!
