Admission procedure to the Kazakh national women's teacher training university (KNWTTU)
1. KNWTTU accepts persons with General secondary, technical and professional, post-secondary, higher education.

2. For participation in competition on award of an educational grant for higher education at the expense of the Republican budget or local budget and (or) crediting the paid training allowed persons with secondary, technical and vocational or postsecondary education, with the exception of the applicants in related areas of training personnel of higher education, providing reduced terms of training, past UNT and collected his results:
- in national ovpo – at least 65 points, and in the field of education "Pedagogical Sciences" - at least 70 points, in the fields of education "Agriculture and bioresources", "veterinary medicine" - at least 60 points;
- in other ovpo – at least 50 points, and in the field of "Pedagogical Sciences" – at least 70 points, in the field of education" Health and social security (medicine) " - at least 65 points.
At the same time, for each subject of the UNT and (or) creative exam, you must score at least 5 points. To participate in the competition for the award of an educational grant of higher education at the expense of the national budget or the local budget for training in related areas of training of higher education personnel, providing for reduced training periods, persons with technical and professional, post-secondary education, who have passed the UNT and scored at least 25 points based on its results, including at least 5 points for each UNT discipline and (or) a creative exam are allowed.

2.1 Persons who have certificates of international standardized tests SAT (ASATI – SAT), ACT (Eysiti), IB (IB) participate in the contest for awarding educational grants and (or) are enrolled in higher education on a paid Department, in accordance with the scale of transfer points, in accordance with Annex 2-1 to the order of the Minister of education and science of RK from 08.06.2020 No. 237. The transfer of SAT scores to the UNT is subject to the availability of SAT reasoning and SAT subject certificates. In this case, the results of SAT subject (SAT subject) they are converted to UNT points if the profile subjects match.

3. Persons who have not scored the threshold score set in paragraph 4 of these Rules, according to the results of the UNT, are enrolled in Universities on a full-time basis on a paid basis until the end of the first academic period. At the end of the 1 (first) academic period of study at the University, these individuals re-pass the UNT within the established time frame. Persons who have not scored the threshold score set in paragraph 4 of these Rules, according to the results of the UNT, passed at the end of the 1 (first) academic period, are subject to expulsion from the University.

4. Admission to KNWTTU of persons who have technical and professional or post-secondary education with the qualification of "mid-level specialist" or "applied bachelor" in related areas of training of higher education personnel, providing for a reduced period of training, entering paid training is carried out by the admission Committee Admission to KNWTTU of persons with higher education in a group of educational programs that provide for a reduced period of study on a paid basis is carried out by the admission Committee.

5. Admission of foreign citizens to KNWTTU under the allocated quota on the basis of an educational grant is carried out by Universities independently. Admission of foreign citizens to study at Kaznatszhenpu on a paid basis is based on the results of an interview conducted by the admission Committee during the calendar year. At the same time, foreign citizens are enrolled in accordance with the academic calendar 5 (five) days before the beginning of the next academic period.

6. Reception of persons coming to the UNIVERSITY is carried out on their applications on a competitive basis in accordance with points of certificate of the established sample, in the form approved by order of the acting Minister of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 23 October 2007 № 502 "On approval of forms of documents of the strict reporting used by educational institutions in educational activities" (registered in the Register of the state registration of regulatory legal acts under №4991) (hereinafter – the Certificate).

7. Admission to study in groups of educational programs of higher education that require special and (or) creative training, including in the fields of education "Pedagogical Sciences", is carried out taking into account the results of special and (or) creative examinations.

8. Special and (or) creative examinations are Held for groups of educational programs, in accordance with the List of groups of educational programs. Applications for the creative exam are accepted from June 20 to July 7 of the calendar year. The creative exam is held from 8 to 13 July of the calendar year.

9. Applicants who provide a full (4 years) period of study, pass two creative exams. Persons entering the same areas of higher education training that provide for a reduced period of study (3 years), pass one creative exam. For an educational program that requires creative training, points are taken into account in the history of Kazakhstan, reading literacy (the language of instruction). For applicants who provide for a full (4 years) of study, creative exams are evaluated on a 40-point system. For applicants who provide shorter training periods, the creative exam is evaluated on a 20-point system.

10. Acceptance of incoming documents and conducting a special examination for admission in the field of education "Pedagogical Sciences" are carried out in KNWTTU from June 20 to August 24 of the calendar year. Persons entering KNWTTU in the field of education "Pedagogical Sciences", pass one special exam conducted by the admission Committee. A special examination for applicants in the fields of education "Pedagogical Sciences" and "Health and social security (medicine)" is evaluated in the form – "admission" or "non-admission".

11. Enrollment of students in KNWTTU is carried out by the admission Committee from August 10 to 25 of the calendar year by order of the first head or the person performing his duties.

12. Documents submitted in a foreign language must have a notarized translation into the state or Russian language. Documents on education issued by foreign educational organizations undergo the procedure of nostrification in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan after enrollment of persons during the 1 (first) academic period of study.

Required documents for admission
1. When applying to the University:
1. application to the rector in any form;
2. document on General secondary, technical and professional, post-secondary or higher education (original);
3. identity document (required for identification);
4. 6 photos measuring 3 x 4 centimeters;
5. a medical certificate in the form 086-U in electronic format, approved by the order of the acting Minister of health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2010 No. 907 "on approval of forms of primary medical documentation of healthcare organizations" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts under No. 6697) (hereinafter-order No. 907);
6. UNT certificate;
7. an extract from the statement (for applicants for higher education programs that require special and (or) creative training, including in the fields of education " Pedagogical Sciences»;
8. electronic certificate of awarding an educational grant.
Service recipients – citizens from among the disabled of groups I, II, disabled from childhood, disabled children, persons equated by benefits and guarantees to participants and invalids of the great Patriotic war, persons of Kazakh nationality who are not citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, orphans and children left without parental care, as well as citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan from among the youth who have lost or remained without parental care until adulthood additionally submit documents confirming the granting of preferential rights and quotas.

Persons who have documents on technical and professional, post-secondary education, who have confirmed their qualifications and have at least one year of work experience in the specialty, additionally submit one of the following documents:
1. employment record (the original is provided for verification);
2. service record (list of information about the work, work activity of the employee), signed by the employer, certified by the seal of the organization (if available);
3. an archived certificate containing information about the employee's employment,
4. an extract from the unified accumulative pension Fund on the listed mandatory pension contributions and information from the State social insurance Fund on the social contributions made;
5. an employment contract with the employer's mark on the date and grounds for its termination;
6. extracts from the employer's acts confirming the emergence and termination of employment relations based on the conclusion and termination of an employment contract;
7. extracts from the payroll statement for employees.
The document listed in sub-paragraph 1) is provided in the original and copies, after verification of which the sub-document is returned to the service recipient.

2. When accessing the portal:
1. an application in the form of an electronic document signed by the service recipient's EDS;
2. an electronic copy of documents on General secondary (secondary General), technical and professional (primary and secondary professional, post-secondary) or higher education (if there is no information in the information systems);
3. digital photo size 3x4;
4. medical documentation on form 086-U in electronic format, approved by order no. 907;
5. UNT certificate;
6. electronic certificate of award of an educational grant (if available).
Information about the identity document, General secondary (secondary General), technical and professional (primary and secondary professional, post-secondary) education, medical certificate, UNT electronic certificate and electronic certificate of awarding an educational grant (if available in information systems), the service provider receives through the information system from the relevant state information systems through the gateway "e-government".

After receiving a "personal account" by the applicant on the website of the notice on acceptance of documents for enrollment in Oita the service recipient provides the service provider the original documents from 10 to 25 August of the calendar year.

From 2020, educational grants will be awarded for groups of educational programs in accordance with the UNT certificate points, which will be held in June.

The number of grants in the context of groups of educational programs after approval will be posted on the websites of the Ministry of education and SCIENCE of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a link to the Register of educational programs implemented by Universities.

When you become a grant holder, choose an educational program from the corresponding group of educational programs.
