    • Passed trainings for expanding consciousness

      From April 10 to April 14 were held trainings for expanding consciousness, developing personal growth, the specifics of communication, techniques for overcoming procrastination, pumping the brain and mastermind under the “Pump Yourself” program for employees, teachers and students at the KazNathWPU.

                                                                                

      On April 10, the training was held on the topic “Expansion of consciousness and disclosure of femininity”. During the meeting, the coach, psychologist, mentor Anargul Aitkazievna shared techniques for increasing energy, improving relationships with parents and partner, achieving goals through revealing her femininity.

      On April 11, the participants discussed the topic “Toxicity in Relationships” with Eldar Baiguzhaev, an expert on toxic behaviors. At the training, the expert shared his knowledge about the types of toxic relationships, ways to identify a toxic person, the reasons why men do not understand women, and the specifics of communicating with successful men. On April 12, Vera Maslieva, a certified moderator of mastermind groups, conducted a training on the topic “Harmonious Relationships in a Pair”. During the meeting, the specialist shared tools and knowledge about relationships in a couple, conflict prevention, and conflict resolution.

                                                                                 

      On April 13, the participants of the training discussed the topic “How to “make friends” with procrastination” with business coach Amanzholova Zhadra. Employees and students during the training solved problems related to the topic and learned techniques to overcome procrastination. On April 14, a final training was organized on the topic “Learning to study effectively” with a coach, psychologist Aiman Beisenova. The business coach revealed the concept of efficiency and demonstrated techniques without cramming, shaking the brain for attention and memory. At the end of the “Pump Yourself” program, employees, teachers and students of the University shared their feedback about the training, their impressions of new knowledge.
