      At the age of 71 years passed away our colleague, professor of the Department of Physics, Doctor of Technical Sciences Baimakhan Rysbek Baimakhanovich. Chairman of the Board - Rector of Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University Gulmira Qanay on behalf of herself and on behalf of the staff expresses condolences to relatives and friends of the deceased.

      Baimakhan Rysbek Baimakhanovich was born on March 20, 1952. In 1968 he entered the Faculty of Physics of the Kazakh State University named after S. M. Kirov, which he graduated in 1973 with a degree in physics and dynamics of physical gases, he was engaged in research in the field of mathematical modeling, modern digital methods of mathematics, and then geomechanics and subsoil exploration, seismology, mechanics and mechanical engineering.

      In 1992, he worked as the Head of the Department of "Informatics and Computer Science". In 2004, he opened the center of "Fundamental Scientific Research" and continuously headed it until 2015. The center cooperated with foreign scientists, as a result of which famous scientists from Japan Hashinohe, Osaka, Tokyo, Yamaguchi of Hiroshima Province, Canadian University of Alberta repeatedly visited Women's University and gave informative free lectures on topical topics. Due to the close interaction of the scientist with foreign countries, students and master's students of the university have been trained in special courses at the universities of Singapore Nanyang, Hiroshima in Japan, Alberta University in Edmonton, Canada.

      Rysbek Baimakhanovich has trained 10 candidates of sciences and doctors of sciences. He is also the author of 5 textbooks for bachelors, masters, doctoral students and researchers in the field of geomechanics, 10 scientific monographs and more than 450 scientific papers. He has successfully completed a research project under grant funding. Along with scientific research, he was known as a fiction writer. He was the author of the plots of special cartoons. He was also awarded one of the highest state awards for achievements in science - the medal "For Valorous Labor".
