QYZPU found out who is the most athletic

  The Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University held a sports competition "Densaulyk" (health) among teachers, professors and administrative staff. 7 teams took part in the sports competition, which has become a good tradition for this educational institution.

  The purpose of the sports day is to promote a healthy lifestyle and to identify the most athletic representatives of the university. Physical education and sport are known to strengthen immunity and help to avoid diseases.

                                                   

  The competitions were held in various sports: table tennis, darts, draughts, volleyball and throwing a ball into a basketball hoop. The women's team of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology became the leader in table tennis. And among men the first place was taken by the team of the Institute of Physics, Mathematics and Digital Technologies. Checkers brought victory to the women's team of administration. Among men, the first place was taken by the team of the Institute of Social and Humanitarian Sciences and Art.

                                                                            

  The women's team of administrative staff also became the best in throwing the ball into the basketball hoop, and among men the first place went to the college team. In darts the first place among women went to the team of the Institute of Natural Sciences, and among men - to the college team. Volleyball was a victory for the team of the Institute of Social and Humanities Sciences and Arts.

                                                   

  The spartakiade aroused great interest among the faculty and staff, allowed them to get a charge of vigour, improve their emotional and physical tone. This event was a great way to promote a healthy lifestyle among students and teachers of the university.
