The Kazakhstan National Women's Teacher Training University held a practical seminar "Scientific Partnership: University - School 2024" for school teachers, master's students, doctoral students and university professors. The seminar was also attended by representatives of the Almaty Education Department and methodological associations at the methodological centre. They highly appreciated the initiative of the university to develop scientific partnership with schools and supported the idea of implementing joint research projects.

The aim of the workshop was to create a collaborative environment for school-university research collaboration. The seminar was conducted using the "Poster Gallery" method, which allows presenting research results in a visual and accessible form. The participants were divided into groups according to the following areas: natural and mathematical sciences, humanities, socio-economic sciences. Each group was assigned the task of designing a small group research proposal based on their interests and expertise. The participants then presented their posters on a shared Gallery and discussed them with other groups.

During the group work, participants developed research projects that could potentially be implemented by master's and doctoral students in schools under the supervision of university researchers and with practical support from school teachers.

The workshop became a platform for the exchange of experience, ideas and plans for scientific activities between the university and schools. The participants of the workshop expressed their gratitude to the organisers and their desire to continue cooperation within the framework of the project "Scientific Partnership: University - School 2024". The workshop also helped to introduce the approach of research-based education. This approach helps to combine science in universities and practical activities in schools and can be expressed as follows: "I learn what I teach and teach what I learn".
