      Department of Practice and Career held a round table on the topic: "Mentoring: problems and solutions." The purpose of this event was to share experiences and discuss issues of optimizing the organization and conduct of professional practice. Representatives of about 90 educational organizations came to the round table.

                                                      

       During the round table, successful experiences between the University and the school were presented. In particular, important questions were raised about the functions of a mentor, the role of the practice and career department in organizing the quality of practical training for students, the use of the Lesson study method in studying pedagogical experience, new opportunities and priorities for organizing pedagogical practice.
