      ALMATY. December 24. Press center – The Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University in its history has not only trained highly qualified teachers, but also made a significant contribution to the development of art and culture in the country. In order to strengthen the creative potential and talent of talented young people, the international song contest was held at the university and the winners were determined.

      Artists from Kazakhstan, Turkey, Kyrgyzstan and Russia took part in the art competition, which was organized to promote the living songs of Shamshi Kaldayakov, which has become an integral part of our national spiritual heritage.

      The festival, hosted by the Institute of Arts and Management, featured songs by the composer, which is very popular in the country. In the final stage of the competition, 21 participants presented their art.

      Mohammad Ali Uchar, a student at Omer Halisdemir University in Niydeh, Turkey, was awarded the grand prize by a jury of prominent cultural figures and artists. Turkish singer Shamshi performed a musical composition «Arys Zhagasynda». The winner was awarded by Dinara Kemelkhan, a graduate of the Women's University, "Excellence in Culture".

      Alexandra Matveeva from Russia and Kanyshai Bakirova from Kyrgyzstan took the first place. The second place was shared by students of the Women's University Aidai Zhanai and Gaukhar Ermek, the third place was taken by Baubek Aidarbekov, a student of Karatau Construction and Technical College, Arailym Satan, a student of KyzPU and Aibek Tengizbayev, a student of Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University.

      The winners were awarded by the staff of the Department of Music.

      As a rule, gardeners sang two songs at the competition. The first was performed by a pop, folk ensemble or orchestra, and the second in the form of a cappella.

      During the evaluation, the jury paid special attention to the correct choice of the song, behavior, taste in the choice of clothes, performance skills and music, accompanied by it.

      It's worth noting that the festival was broadcast live on the official YouTube channel of the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University.

      - Our goal is to promote the work of the composer at the international level, to educate the younger generation in the moral spirit on the basis of his works. One of the tasks of the festival is to improve the performance skills of young people participating in the competition, to strengthen their art and stage culture, - say the organizers of the event.
