      Under the organization of the Methodological Department of the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University the Director of the Institute of Natural Sciences, Heads of chairs, developers of educational programs held a meeting with employers, schools and organizations of the Almaty city as "School gymnasium №59", KSU "School №90", "School-Lyceum №131 Named after B. Momyshuly", "School-Gymnasium №13", "Gymnasium №15". At the meeting were discussed the key competencies that employers want to see in the future specialists and which disciplines need to be included in educational programs: 6В01509-Biology.

      Recommendations: In particular, young professionals many difficulties due to the lack of knowledge about the specifics of school practice. Due to the updated program, young professionals will be confronted with new sections of the program, such as bioinformatics, medical biology. It is clear that they did not study these new sections in biology, either as a student or as a young specialist. The issue of innovative teaching technologies is also relevant. If a young specialist knows certain pedagogical methods, then the specifics of its implementation are still unknown to him.

      In addition, issues related to the disciplines of an additional minor and dual educational programs were discussed. The university intends to work with employers, update the content and improve the quality of educational programs.

      Our university pays great attention to the employment of graduates. In this regard, on the topic "Professional skills of graduates of educational programs 6В05101", the developers of educational programs met with employers, in particular with the Institute of Plant Biology and Biotechnology and the Institute of Human and Animal Physiology. From the side of employers, there were several offers to students. That is, the future specialist must consolidate his knowledge and develop professional skills in mastering the following recommendations.

      Recommendations: Identification  of plants by systematic name; make an anatomical cut on plants; Determination of morphological characteristics of plants; Determination of seed maturation in plants; Biochemical analysis to determine the  composition of plants; DNA isolation by PCR; Mastering various methods of biochemical analysis to determine the composition of blood, bile, gastric juice, saliva of animals; Correct use of the identifier in identifying insects; Application of methods of sowing strains on a nutrient medium; Perfect knowledge of ICT.

      Studying these recommendations, the main emphasis in education is  placed on the competence and skills of future graduates, their suitability for practical work.

      We look forward to close cooperation with schools in the development of competitive educational programs in order to prepare qualified specialists and graduates at our university!

       

      Chemistry department

      With the organization of the Methodological Department of the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training  University, the Director of the Institute of Natural Sciences, heads of each departments, developed of educational programs met with employers, schools and organizations of the city of Almaty №59 school-gymnasium, №36 gymnasium, №128 school, №162 school , No. 33 Secondary School, a meeting was held with representatives of the Institute of Combustion Problems, the Institute of New Technologies and Materials, the Institute of Chemical Sciences named after  A. Bekturova.

      During the meeting, the content of educational programs "6B01507-chemistry", "6B05301-chemistry", "6B01508-chemistry-biology", "5B011200-chemistry", "5B060600-chemistry" was considered in detail. At the request of employers in the educational programs "6В01507-chemistry", "6В01508-chemistry-biology" it is planned to introduce the discipline "Methods of physical and chemical research".

      Defines the system considered the competence of students, conditions for the organisation of teaching, practical training.

       

      Geography department

      09.03.2021 At the  Department of Geography of the Kazakh National Teacher Training  University, the Institute  "Natural Science" to improve the content of educational programs for the 2021-2022 academic year, the head of the methodological department Kiyasova  L and the teaching staff of the  department, developers and employers of educational programs, in particular, the deputy director for educational work of the gymnasium No. 62 named after Sh. Smakhanuly G. Almaty, geography teacher   Dauletbak Gauhar Dauletbakovna, geography teacher of the Shokan Ualikhanov school  Birimkulova Bayan Askerbekovna, Meeting in online format with the participation of the geography teacher of the Nazarbayev Intellectual School of chemical and Biological direction Shamshidina Gulnur Melisbekovna.

      During the meeting, the content of the educational programs 6B01510-Geography, 6B01511-Geography-History, 6B01512-Geography-Biology were widely discussed in order to form the theoretical and practical skills of students.

      Employers suggested introduce of elective courses that would increase students ' interest in reading, deepen their geographical knowledge, and develop their research abilities. In addition, it is proposed to change the name of the program of additional education (Minor) to a modern way, which will allow students to be competitive in the labor market and receive additional competencies to meet their individual needs.

      Taking into account that the students who have been trained at the university are young professionals today, the main goal is to establish close ties with employers to effectively solve professional problems, update the content and improve the quality of the OPO in accordance with modern trends. Speaking about the fact that the quality of education depends on the professional training of personnel, we are confident that we will prepare competitive educational programs and bring specialists out of the university in accordance with the needs of the market!
