      Admission to the doctoral program is in electronic format

      ALMATY. April 9. Press center – The rules for admission to graduate programs have been changed. Now admission to doctoral programs is in electronic format. Last year this approach proved to be effective for graduate admissions.

      Due to the pandemic, undergraduate and graduate students were allowed to defend their final papers in an online format. If a thesis or master's thesis is defended in an online format, there is no need to require students to «stamp» and «sign».

      In addition, all doctoral dissertations will now be defended online with webcasting. This will ensure the transparency and fairness of the research defense procedure.
