      On April 6, 2021, the  Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University organized an online meeting dedicated to the discussion and analysis of the content of educational programs for  Enrollment 2021with the participation of the faculty of the Department of Geography of the Institute of Natural Sciences, developers of educational programs and employers, in particular, the Deputy director for educational work of the gymnasium No. 62 named after Sh.Smakhanuly Almaty, geography teacher Dauletbak Gauhar Dauletbakovna, geography teacher of the school named after Ch. Ualikhanov Birimkulova Bayan Askerbekovna, geography teacher of the Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Chemical and Biological direction Shamshidin Gulnur Melisbekovna.

      The main purpose - to further improve and update the content of educational programs in accordance with the requests and proposals to the employer. The meeting discussed the goals and objectives of the educational programs and the achievement of learning outcomes and presented four educational programs of higher education (6B01510-Geography, 6B01511-Geography-history, 6B01512-Geography-Biology, 6B11101-Tourism).

      In order to form the theoretical and practical skills of students to analyze the content of educational programs, is given recommendations for solving professional problems of students, increase interest in reading, the deepening of geographic knowledge and the development of research skills. It suggested that the educational programs are objects that have lost their relevance, and together they introduce discipline demanded by the labor market, the emerging digital competence and skills of students. It is also recommended to adjust the name of an additional education program (Minor) with a modern twist, which allows students to be competitive in the labor market and gain additional competencies to meet their individual needs.

      By employers it highlighted the need for such joint work.
