      QyzPU students watched a new performance of «Jana Gasyr» Theater

      ALMATY. FEBRUARY 16. PRESS CENTER – Students of QyzPU watched a new performance of the theater «Jana Gasyr», which included students of Asanali Ashimov, People's Artist, Hero of Labor of Kazakhstan, artistic director of the Kazakh National Academic Drama Theater named after Mukhtar Auezov.

      The audience was presented with a work full of adventures, Carlo Goldoni's comedy «Ailaker zhesir». The plot of the comedy begins with the selection of a spouse by Mistress Razaura, widow of Stefanello dei Bezenioz. The infinite wealth of Mistress Razaura, left by her stubborn husband, is noticed by four knights. The knights of different nationalities express their feelings to the lady and take various devious actions.

      The performance is directed by Asanali Ashimov.

      – We have opened a new theater to provide real support to the younger generation, to talented young people. Today there are 7 spectacles in the repertoire of the art group. In particular, "Karagoz" drama by Mukhtar Auezov, musical drama "Kingdom of Lions" by I. Micci, and poetic drama "The Last Call" by Yeldar Tashkenbay are very popular among spectators. The performances vary in genre, idea, form, and character. All the actors in the theater are my students. I have great hopes for their future, – Asanali Ashimov said.

      At the end of the performance, Asanali Ashimov met with the students of QyzPU and noted the main purpose of the opening of the theater. In turn, the Chair of the Managing Board – Rector of the University Gulmira Qanay expressed her good wishes to the Artist.

      – I think you have a special place in the development of the theater industry and the formation of a school of experienced artists in the country. I want to express my gratitude to the staff of the theater, which has become an innovator, instilling creativity and national values in the younger generation. I wish members of the team good health, prosperity to their families, and creative successes, – said Gulmira Qanay.
